Sunrise Sunset Holdiay home is your home away from home. This comfortable holiday home gives you privacy yet is very close to the beach and activities. Sunrise Sunset Holiday Home is very popular, comfortable and relaxing with great value for money. Airport transfers are included. Also included are your hire car, the accommodation and daily housekeeping. Prices are quoted per house; not per person. Enjoy the spectacular sunrise and sunset views from the house itself and also from your bure above the house.

The house is perfect for couples and families desiring privacy, beauty and a unique Fijian atmosphere. Absolutely spectacular sunrise, sunset, ocean, island and valley views.
We have FIJI WATER fresh from our underground spring that runs through the Estate. Don’t buy water while you stay with us, it’s free.
The veranda around three sides of the house takes advantage of the beautiful views and breezes.
All the rooms and the verandahs look out over the beautiful ocean. Watch the birds and crystal ocean when you have your morning tea or coffee on the deck or in bed. And then enjoy an evening drink as you watch the beautiful Fijian sunset.
Regular housekeeping. Stereo, TV, DVD, Hairdryer, Phone, Laundry with washing machine, Kitchen with all appliances. Milk, tea and coffee and chilled coconut juice are supplied on check in.
Maui Bay Estate has its own beautiful private white sandy beach, clubhouse with wonderful swimming pool and parklands.
These are available exclusively to residents in the Maui Bay Estate, or guests using Sunrise Sunset Holiday Home. So feel welcome to swim at Maui Bay Clubhouse!
Facilities
Our Fijian staff are very caring and are there for you. Feel at home! We do daily housekeeping, maintain the gardens and are always on call to ensure you have a fabulous Fijian holiday!
We are up on the mountain and have fresh breezes all day long; this makes it easy for you to pop your clothes into your washing machine and have them dry quickly.
Fully screened with Fijian Pacific Green Furniture made from Coconut Tree. Internet access is also available at the nearby resorts, or in Sigatoka town. Internet access is also available in the house.
If you’d like us to stock up the fridge for you or do the grocery shopping for you before you arrive, we will be more than happy to do that. Just email your requests beforehand.

Every room commands spectacular views of ocean, mountains and valleys. Relax in complete comfort, while taking in the glorious views and atmosphere.
Staying at Sunrise Sunset Holiday Home means not being in the middle of the touristy crowd, but still being very close to all the convenient facilities and having the option of joining what ever activities you choose.
You can either ask our staff for local attractions or things to do or you can go to one of the resorts for lunch or dinner or a swim or you can drive to Sigatoka and do some shopping and visit the daily markets. All the time knowing you have a beautiful home of your own to return to.
The view and atmosphere of Sunrise Sunset Holiday Home are very attractive and comfortable. It’s very relaxing to stay at home and watch the world go by. The best part is waking up and having breakfast on the deck, overlooking the ocean, listening to the waves breaking and birds singing!
Immediately above the house, just a few steps away, at the highest point of the property is our lovely timber deck and Fijian bure with BBQ. Great place to relax there and take in the views and quiet. It’s also a great place for a picnic or an afternoon nap while working on your holiday tan! Cool down in the small dipping pool, with awesome views.

Activities
The Coral Coast is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Fiji. Opportunities for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, visiting waterfalls etc. There are also dive operators if you wish to scuba dive.
A bonus for staying with us in Maui Bay is the access to the renowned Frigates Surf Passage! This is a world famous surfing spot and it’s available for Sunrise Sunset Holiday Home guests. You can also surf right out the front of the Maui Bay Estate and also at the Sigatoka Sand Dunes. Also, the beach at Maui Bay is sandy and not coral, so it is a lovely swimming beach.
Car rental is included in your package and is really good to have to give you independence; to enable you to explore all the local beautiful scenery and attractions and go shopping and dining at your own leisure.
Location
We are located on the Coral Coast, approx one and a half hour’s drive from Nadi International Airport and about two hours from Suva.
When you get to the Maui Bay entrance, follow the Maui Bay Road up through the forest to the top of the mountain.
We are around 5 minutes drive from major Coral Coast resorts, including the Rydges Hideaway Resort, the Naviti Resort, the Warwick Resort.
We are 20 minutes drive from the bustling tourist town of Sigatoka, where you can purchase all your supplies and do some shopping for clothes and souvenirs. Daily fruit and vegetable markets!
It is a 30 minute walk down the forest stairs and along the Maui Bay Road to the white sandy beach. Or a few minutes drive.
